I have just added a North Tonawanda Pianolin to my collection and
I would like to present it to my guests in the most authentic manner
possible.  To this end I would like to have a copy of a typical
Pianolin tune card.

The instrument has a small glass window directly above the roll frame
and this is fitted with a pair of spring steel clips.  These appear to
be designed to take some form of card, most probably showing the list
of tunes to be played by the roll.  If anyone has an original tune card
I would be most grateful to receive a scan of this so I can create
suitable cards for all of my rolls.
