The Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), downtown campus, has an
early 1930's E. M. Skinner organ with player unit.  Although seldom
used, the Skinner was in mint condition.  The organ (approximately
3/30) and player mechanism were maintained by the late William Hansen.
I haven't played the instrument in several years and do not know it's
condition.
