with gold printing, all three sizes available!  (Small & medium are
"top hat" style) $7.00 ea.  Quantities are limited, so get them before

(b) Ampico large & "top hat" boxes, black leather with gold printing
and false bottom ("top hat" only), exactly like the originals,
$5.00 each.

(c) 88-note roll boxes in two sizes:
  Large size (fits 2-3/4 flange) covered with black alligator paper
(top), black leather (bottom). $3.00 ea.
  Small size (fits 2" flange) covered with black leather paper (top),
white litho (bottom), $2.00 ea.

(d) 65-note roll boxes, maroon top, white litho bottom.  (No end
blocks, you will need to make your own.)  $2.50 ea.
