Seek Incandescent Tubular Light Bulbs
By Paul Morris

Hi Folks, I am looking for the sort of tubular light bulb that went
into the console lights of Aeolian pipe organs -- and probably many
other domestic settings -- in the 1920s and '30s. They are about
3 inches long, and of about 3/4 inch diameter. They are screw [base]
fitting, but rather smaller than the "small" Edison screw that I have
seen in the UK. 240 volts or 110 volts would be fine if anybody has
some. Also looking for the complete lamp assembly. All help
appreciated.

[ The spool box of my Stroud Pianola is illuminated with two 25W
[ 130V lamp bulbs connected in series, powered with 115 volts.
[ Each bulb is a "25 Watt Exit Sign Bulb, T8 Intermediate envelope,
[ E17 intermediate screw base (17 mm)". The socket assemblies came
[ from a mortuary where they once were installed in caskets!
