Transferring Floppy Disk Data to PianoDisc CD-ROM

Hi, Is there a way to back up PianoDisc floppy diskettes on to CDs
that are then playable in the CD mode on my piano?  I want to back-up
my floppies before they fail and the music is lost.  Thank you!
