Wurlitzer Band Organs Style 145, 145A & 145B

I am trying to find out exactly what the difference is between the
Wurlitzer Style 145, 145A and 145B organs.  I got a 145B with a double
tracker system and bells.  If anyone has any information or images of
the Wurlitzer sales sheets could you please post it?
