Reproducing Piano Roll Catalogs & Rollographies

Robbie flagged the 51-page 'secured' PDF on the RPRF resources site.
The ideas for including label information are good but would require
actually seeing a particular roll label to be able to encode its
information on the spreadsheet. In my case, that would be for about
300 of the 2500 titles. One could also watch labels go by on eBay.
