Regarding Reg Smith's M4.5 x 0.90 tap and die, I checked my tap and die
sets and also went on Google and I was unable to even find reference to
this particular size.  The only alternative, if not critical, would be
to re-tap using a more standard sized metric tap and die.  I did see
reference to M4.5 x 0.5 and M4.5 x 0.75 sizes.
