Usually in good condition, the rolls sell for $2.00 to $3.00 each.
The Welte roll may be worth a little more but only to someone who has
a Welte piano or is looking for that specific roll.  Restoring the
piano is probably not going to be cost effective on a re-sale basis.

A reasonable approach might be to sell everything as a package where
they buy all the rolls and get the piano as part of the deal.
