Hello Andreas,  I was in Salzburg several years ago and I saw some
fairly large organ pipes installed outdoors, way up high on an old
building.  It was kind of right in the middle of the old city where
all the tourists go.  I wish I could be more specific, but it was
interesting.  I have no idea if the pipes played.  I suppose they
must have.  Have a great trip.
