Can anyone provide me information regarding a Welte 10-roll changer?
I have the opportunity to obtain one that is less than fully assembled
and not operating.  The player is the chain type, for the Welte
Philharmonic player organ rolls.  I believe it has the 150-hole tracker
bar.  I understand that all components are present but not assembled.

How difficult a project is this, and what pitfalls should I be aware of?
I guess my biggest fear is that I may be buying a pile of parts that
have been disassembled for many years, and I have no way of confirming
that they are all there.  Any assistance and information would be
greatly appreciated!
