In May 1996, I traveled to Wexford, Pennsylvania, to see Larry Givens
at his home and deliver a certificate that named him an Honorary Member
of AMICA.  I was Honorary Member Chairman at the time.  We talked and
played rolls on his Ampico B.

At that time, he was able to use an electric typewriter and fax machine
for spirited communications.  I'm bringing this up, as I am not sure
everyone is aware that he was an Honorary Member of AMICA.

One photo from that day shows him holding the certificate, with his
desk in the background.  The other picture shows the other side of his
den with rolls and his piano.  If you want to see the pictures, send me
