Craig Wiley asked about the missing or unidentified tunes on
B.A.B. 48-key roll #31.  I believe the first two missing tunes are
"Under the Double Eagle" and "Blue Danube Waltz".  Tune #4 should
be "Captain Willie, March" and tune #5 "Missouri Waltz".
