Using Tracker Bar Pump
By Stephen Zakaluk

Bruce Grimes indicated he had good results cleaning his tracker bar
by connecting it his tracker bar pump to a vacuum cleaner for suction.
I understood the conventional wisdom was that a vacuum cleaner would
not provide as much suction as a tracker bar pump.

Actually, I had a blockage years ago in one of the tubes of my 1912
Armstrong, so my mechanic put tape over the adjacent holes and, by
hard pumping on only the one hole in the tracker bar that led to the
blocked tube, managed to clear it. Fortunately, since I still have
the original lead lines.

I'd appreciate any other comments on this.
