I am seeking a custom instruction plate for an old coin operated player
piano.  I envision a brass plate that has pressed (raised) letters, not
just engraved letters on a plate.  I would mount it above the coin slot
and it would have simple instructions as well as the 10 cent symbol.

I am unable to locate any companies on the Internet that sell or create
such items.  I am able to find many that will engrave a plaque, but none
that can create one in raised relief.  If anybody has any ideas, or the
ability to create this item, please contact me.
