In response to Jeff Adkins request for help in producing brass plates
with raised lettering, I can be of some assistance.  I am a professional
graphic designer and have produced artwork for many such plates for
various instruments.  I can also replicate or create decals which can
then be converted into transfers for various uses.  I've done several
fallboard decals for coin pianos.

When I have the artwork for your project completed, it is then sent
out to be cut into the brass plates which you are describing, with the
lettering in relief.  I'm preparing to have a set done for a Seeburg
