Paul Bell here in UK has built a superb computer-controlled machine to
punch piano rolls, based on my MIDster Punch plans and software.  It
uses an old X-Y plotter.  A video of it can be seen on my website:

Although several people before Paul have made MIDster piano roll
punches, this is the first video record I have received.  It can also
be seen on YouTube under 88MIDster.
