I contacted Kurt Haas to see whether the Piano Roll Database Software
was still available and whether it was still under copyright.

He replied, "I will try to get the program back up on eBay by Monday.
It is still under copyright. I am selling this for Jon Miller, who was
in a car accident a while ago and is still not up to full speed."
