I have uploaded a video, titled "A Band Organ Christmas", featuring my
military band organ playing "Sleigh Ride".  The organ is MIDI operated
and is styled after a Wurlitzer 105, with the addition of bells and a
conductor.  I have completely re-designed the snare drum electronics
to improve the drum action.  I use a PIC microchip to alternate the
three drum beaters.  I think I finally have it worked out.  The video
