I was also having trouble connecting with Player Piano Parts, Inc.
I left a message with someone but got no return call.  I kept trying
and eventually got hold of someone in the office and placed an order.
She explained that the main office person had quit but hadn't been
replaced yet.  The woman I spoke with said she comes in a few hours
a day to help out.

It seems strange to me that they don't have a message on the phone
indicating this.  I'll let you know if I actually get the order.
