FS Free: Bush & Lane Player Piano in Maryland

I have a 1924? Bush & Lane Cecilian electric player piano, no. 53142,
that I need to get out of a house in Maryland.  It's free.  The part
above the keyboard [player action] is mostly metal, with small blocks.
Whoever wants it must get it out of the house.  It still sounds good.
Tom Binnall said it was rare.  If you have any questions let me know.
