Hi Group,  I would like to have some Christmas music for my 22-key
Perlee organ.  I think that there are readers of MMD that could
arrange a tune template using Midiboek but I need blank book stock.
Does anyone have any that they would be willing to sell?

I have given up trying to get books from G. Perlee Company in Amsterdam
as there seems to be about a two to three year time span between email
replies.

My books are 4-1/16 inches wide by 4-11/16 inches long.  However, I am
interested in any size as I have access to a precision cutter and can
cut them to the correct width.  The length is not critical.

I can produce manila tag pages the correct size, scored in the middle,
and folded.  I just dread the thought of having to glue them together.
I have Ron Bopp's articles on making blank book from the COAA Journal
but the gluing looks like a lot of work.
