Restoring an 1897 Aeolian Grand Player Organ
By Roger Carver

This organ has been in store for years. The bellows, pneumatics,
springs, tubing has been replaced and everything is together again.
I had two notes ciphering but I have corrected this.

The reed ranks that play directly from the keyboard all play perfectly,
however, the reeds in the reed chest are variable, from not playing
to soft to slow-to-start to playing perfectly.

Does anyone know how I should go about finding what the problems are
and doing the necessary adjustments or repairs? Is there a manual
or book?

Regards,
