Modern Duo-Art Player Won't Play Duo-Art Rolls
By Bill Maguire

I'm guessing "post war" Aeolian was trying to bring back the cachet
of it's greatness from the past when they named their better-made
Hardman, Ivers and Pond, Sting II and Caberet pianos "Duo Arts."

The modern Aeolian Pianolas do not play 65-note rolls as the Pianolas
from 1890 did. When I serviced a 65 _key_ Pianola today, I described
to my customer the push-up Pianolas from around the turn of the century
and she was amazed.
