I have a customer, Mr. John Rogers, in the Manassas, Virginia,
area with a QRS Pianomation 2000 system that has recently begun to
malfunction.  He purchased it in 1997, so it's getting some age on it.
It has worked flawlessly until a few weeks ago, but now he is not
having any luck locating a repair technician.
