Hi,  Depending on the make of the player action, if the vacuum you are
applying to the taped lower action is the same as you are putting on
the assembled action, then you have a gasket problem and need to make
a new gasket between the upper and lower stack.  If the gasket is not
the problem, then you have valve problems.
