Hi Marc,  I'm pretty sure I have some Italian musical jewelry box
hinges that should meet your requirements.  Unfortunately, I'm on
an extended business trip and won't be back to my home base in
California until the middle of August.  If you can send me a photo
of the box and the hinges you are trying to replace, and wait until
I return August 14th, I'll do what I can to get you exactly what you
need.
