Hi Jeff, I had a bad speed control from them [Player Piano Parts, Inc.]
last year.  They replaced it quickly with another one.  I have tried to
order a motor for two months now and they don't have any speed controls.
They said that they are negotiating the price with the company that
makes them.  I asked them if they could just send the motor and I could
make a speed control but they haven't returned my phone calls, and I've
called them three times about this problem.
