John Grant asks about a musical box movement playing 'The Old Piano
Roll Blues' [120909 MMDigest].  I have never heard of one, but the
Music Box Company of San Francisco (not the same as the San Francisco
Music Box Company, as far as I know) have been helpful to me when
requesting unusual tunes.  They don't list it, but might be able to
help in the event of a small production run, perhaps.
