I don't live there but it's right on the ocean so there's little
hope of survival.  I found their web site and there are a few reviews,
mostly old, but there is _one_ which was posted within the last week.
It said that the park was "wiped out".  Then there was a tweet from
the park owners:

  "As you might have heard or seen, our properties sustained a lot
  of damage as a result of Hurricane Sandy.  Actual assessment of
  all the damage is still impossible.  Our staff is reporting in and
  [those] who we've heard from are okay.  We will hopefully be able
  to get a better assessment in the upcoming days and will let you
  know how things are once we know."
