I work for Reifsnyder's Piano, the Steinway dealer in Lancaster,
Pennsylvania.  We called Steinway and were relieved to find that
the factory in Queens, New York, was high and dry, and was open
for whoever could make it in to work, many employees having storm
related problems such as homelessness.  The factory is open and
filled our order for two new pianos, as well as parts orders.
