I've just been sent a link to an enchanting performance of a waltz
composed by Sir Anthony "Hannibal Lecter" Hopkins.  His composition,
"And The Waltz Goes On," is performed by André Rieu and His Johann
Strauss Orchestra, from the DVD "André Rieu - Under the Stars,
Live in Maastricht 5."

The score includes a few bars played by a small hand-turned organ
which is perfectly integrated into the performance [at time 3:38].
