Seek Piano Roll of "The Billboard"

For those of us that are more tech savvy and like to download MP3
player piano music, there is a whole world of albums out there that
have a fairly decent roll selection.

The other day I ran across a piano roll entitled "The Billboard"
featured on an album titled "Player Piano Memories".  It sounds like
a typical roll from the 1920's, and I hadn't heard of it until the
other day.  Does anyone have copies for sale?  I am interested in
procuring one.
