I need to have a couple sets of torsion springs made from 3/16"
spring steel rod.  These serve as motor mounts on the Welte
Philharmonic roll changers.

Does anyone know of some shop that can make them up at a reasonable
price?  I can supply a photo of what I need if anyone would like to
see it.
