Bilon Versus Rubber Cloth
By Richard Griffiths

I have used Bilon on stack pneumatics and air motors and would like to
use it again if there was a source. It does stick to itself if it gets
wet and if it is stored folded. I last used it around 1986 and have a
small piece left. I will be working on that piano again soon and will
let everyone know what I find.

Art Reblitz discussed many pneumatic covering materials (pages 70-76)
and generally favored Bilon for its durability. He also stated that it
is better than Polylon, but neither is flexible enough for extremely
small pneumatics

I would be interested in sharing the cost of a new production run, but
I only need enough for six pianos at this time.
