Packing & Shipping Musical Box Metal Discs
By Brian Thornton

There are some people selling music box discs on eBay who seem to feel
that sandwiching them between two pieces of cardboard is adequate for
shipping across the country. It is _not!_ Almost half of the discs I
have purchased on eBay arrive damaged in the mail, mostly from bending.
Some can be fixed, some can not.

It is very disheartening when one pays a premium price for a particular
piece. Some one-eighth-inch thick Masonite or something more ridged
will bring the disc safely to it's destination and will earn the seller
some positive feedback.

Be well, all.
