Value of Cable Euphona Inner Player Piano
By Claudine Jones

Ref. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/msg/3588629390.html

This piano is nearby and I stopped in to take a look since I'm in the
mood for a pumper. It plays and pumps very smoothly; has a pleasant
well-tuned sound; case and keys in good condition; the bench is not
worth keeping (not original). I don't know Euphonas, so I'm not
familiar with all the mechanisms on the front behind the swing-out
door. Those three little black buttons -- what do they do?

The motor was very quiet. The piano has been outfitted with a rail,
too, which has a fairly distinctive effect; more so than my Weber.

What would one expect to shell out for this model? The seller wants
$1000 or best offer. He has admitted that his description is not quite
accurate in that no one has actually "serviced" it (it was just tuned
by a local guy) but given how it performed for me, I'm wondering if
that's a good thing -- nobody got the chance to mess it up! He's had
it for six years and is moving back East.

What say ye?
