Muzelle Nickelodeon Made in Las Vegas
By Scotty Greene

Ken Marts asked about nickelodeons made in Las Vegas.

The DeBence Museum has a Muzelle nickelodeon made by Resource West,
Inc., on Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas. It is based on a Sojin (Daewoo)
model DU131 piano which has a MUSE piano action made in Saito, Japan,
and a stained glass upper front #1025 dated 6/29/91 made by Dorothy
Kemp which was copyrighted in 1990. The machine plays a style "O"
roll and has snare and bass drums as well as xylophone and tambourine.

Unfortunately the bottom cover was missing, with pieces of stained
glass sprinkled through the lower works. If anyone has a photo of
what the lower cover is supposed to be, or at least a guess at what
it should be. we would appreciate it. We have been unable to contact
anyone related to this product, and any info would be appreciated.
