I see from the MMD subscriber list that Joe Teagarden is a subscriber.
This notice of his death just came in to the MBSI:

    "I hope that this is the correct address to which to send a
  notification of the recent death of Joe Teagarden of Ridgefield,
  Connecticut.  He was a long-time member of the MBSI, at one time
  very active but recently less so.  At the time of his death, Joe
  had just turned 82, and had been looking forward to spending more
  active years with his second wife to whom he had been married for
  3-1/2 years.  He still owned many music boxes and delighted in
  talking about and demonstrating them to friends and family.  At
  his memorial service his grandson Joe played his hurdy-gurdy,
  which Grandpa Joe would have greatly enjoyed.
