Regarding the BT-002 suction box: I have installed several of these,
both as complete kits and using the short kit, while buying the motor
online.  I use one of the short kits as my portable test unit.  As I
recall, I paid about $75 or $80 for the last motor.

Eric makes a very elegant two-speed, play/rewind, electronic speed
control, and the suction motor he uses is an axial unit, which provides
better motor cooling.  I have a complete kit here ready to install in a
client's player next week.
