I was saddened to see the recent report from John Page in MMDigest
that Johan Liljencrants passed away some time during 2012; I was more
saddened that I had not seen any reports of this.  Such a wonderful
man's departure should not go unnoticed by the MMD Pipes Forum of
which he was a superb moderator.

I was registered to the Forum and was impressed with the quality,
detail and promptness of Johan's replies, many of which are recorded
in the MMD Archives and his personal web site at http://www.fonema.se/ 

His interest and achievements in the pipe organ world have been an
inspiration and will not be easily forgotten.  His woodwork was also
a joy to see.

Thank you, Johan, for your help and inspiration.  You will be sadly
missed, however, your memory will be lasting with the superb articles
you have freely given and published in the MMD.
