Roger Wiegand said that Jüttemann and Cockayne "focus on European
organs, but the principles are the same as for American organs."
Well, maybe not when it comes to the Wurlitzer unit valve and vacuum
tracker bars, but that's not hard to add to the basics. Generally
speaking, though, there seems to be universal recommendation of these
two books as far as the basics go.
