Dear Andy,  Greetings from The Bronx.  In regards to your request,
if you have access to  the book, "Treasures of Mechanical Music", by
Art Reblitz & Dave Bowers, you will find the roll scale you seek on
page 473.  You will find that the 87-key scale was shared by Artizan,
B.A.B. and the North Tonawanda Instrument Works (as was most of their
other scales).  Hope this helps.
