There has been an outpouring of messages lamenting Rich Olsen's death,
from both expected and unexpected sources.  Many have asked how old
Rich was at the time of his death.  He was either 60 or 61, judging
from biographical information he provided to Julie Porter.

The Carousel Organ Association of America (COAA) is going to compile
the remembrances that are being sent in and they will be published in
the COAA's "Carousel Organ."  If you have some thoughts you would like
to express about Rich, his life, or his arranging, please send them
