Years ago I was given a paper punch that could be used to repair
piano rolls (specifically Ampico rolls).  I believe it was 1/16-inch.
I have misplaced it and would like to replace it.  Can anybody point
me to a source (and if possible a part number) for an easy-to-use
hand punch?  I have a nice rotary hand punch that I use to make organ
rolls but the smallest punch it has is 2 mm diameter.
