Phil Dayson's rolls are more probably rolls for Animatic S (or
possibly Animatic SJ) coin-operated pianos, with extra coding to
operate a bandbox or additional instruments.  They're not standard
88-note Animatic rolls, although they're on a 9-to-the-inch scale.

"Up-to-date" lived up to their name by producing a modern repertoire
for all sorts of such instruments in the UK through the 1930s.
