Hi All,  I received these pictures of what appears to be a roll box of
some sort.  The owner is only interested in finding out more about the
box.  Here is what she wrote to me:

  "I basically was wondering if you could help me identify an item
  I have. I was told it was a piano roll box but I have no idea and
  can find no information on it.  It is an old wooden oak box with
  a glass top and the name H.M.C. Web Roll written in gold leaf
  letters on the front of the box.  I was just wondering if you could
  confirm that this is a piano roll box.  Thank you very much for
  your time.  I could provide a picture if you feel this would help."

Naturally, I will pass along to her any information published in the
Digest.
