I have a Wurlitzer 125 band organ that has always run well but now it
plays only a couple of notes at a time.  The snare drum seems to be
okay but the pipes only sound one or two at a time.  Can you give any
advice as to what the issue might be?

This happened suddenly.  One day it was fine but when I went to run it
the next day it was like this.  No indications of failure, it just
doesn't seem to be getting enough vacuum to play.  I checked the tracker
bar and all is clear.  Any ideas or links to anyone with information?

I'd love to find an original service manual or a book to repair the
Wurlitzer.  Any advice would be appreciated.  If I can repair this,
I have an Ampico piano I'm going to restore.  I will be here for help
with that, I'm sure!
