I got a lot of responses on this subject and I wanted to clarify
a little more.  The plywood is part of a Duo-Art pump box.  It's
not the moving part of the bellows; it's in the box part.  Here are
a couple of pictures of the old and new part.  I sized some poplar
and made the pieces from that.
