FS: Ampico Grand Reproducer in Washington, D.C.
By Mark Williams

Greeting everyone: It's time to downsize (again). Apartment hunting
is a bear when considering it has to hold two dogs and a grand piano
and I live in urban D.C. [District of Columbia]. It is time for me to
pass the piano to someone who will enjoy it.

It is an Ampico (5'4"?) reproducing piano. It was rebuilt about 20-25
years ago. It works well. I had a technician look at it about a year
ago and he was impressed with the condition considering its age. The
case is a plain case and needs repair. I believe it has the original
shellac finish. It is walnut color. No bench. It will come with over
100 piano rolls. Some are collectible Ampico, the majority are 88-note
rolls.

I'm realistic about the market value. I prefer this to go to someone
who will appreciate the instrument regardless of my profit. The buyer
will pay moving expenses.

I live in downtown Washington D.C., 20002. No steps, elevator access.
I can send pictures on request.
